Shipping Policy
Effective: January 1, 2025
Cheqit is a multi-vendor marketplace. Shipping is handled individually by each vendor unless otherwise noted. This policy outlines general shipping standards. Vendors may specify additional shipping details on their store pages.
Processing Time
Most vendors process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for custom/made-to-order items. Estimated dispatch dates are shown at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days.
- Express shipping: 2–3 business days (where available).
- International shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. External factors such as carrier delays, weather, and customs clearance may affect timelines.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items, destination, and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be offered by individual vendors on qualifying orders. Applicable taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and carrier name will be displayed in your order details. You can also track your order from the Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is attempted but fails due to an incorrect address or absence, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or hold the package for collection. If a package is returned to the vendor due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact support within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution. Cheqit and vendors are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
Multi-Vendor Orders
If your cart contains items from multiple vendors, each vendor ships their items separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Shipping costs may apply per vendor.
