You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Cheqit. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Accounts may not be created on behalf of another person without their express authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cheqit.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Cheqit is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

When using Cheqit, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code.
• Manipulate prices, ratings, or reviews.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Engage in off-platform transactions to avoid fees.

By placing an order on Cheqit, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Cheqit acts as a marketplace facilitator; the contract of sale is between you and the individual vendor.

Return eligibility is governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Vendors may have additional policies displayed on their store pages. Disputes are handled through our support team and may be escalated to platform administration.

Vendors on Cheqit are independent sellers, not employees or agents of Cheqit. Cheqit does not endorse any specific vendor or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Vendors must comply with the Vendor Agreement and all applicable laws.

Cheqit and its licensors own all platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. By submitting content (reviews, images, descriptions), you grant Cheqit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the platform.

Cheqit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product descriptions are provided by vendors and Cheqit does not verify their accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheqit disclaims all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheqit’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Cheqit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cheqit Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes via email or in-app notification.
